The service
Dilucera is a contract review assistant for small businesses. It reviews contracts, proposals, and messages you choose to submit, then explains risks in plain language, suggests replacement wording and missing protections, lists key dates, and drafts replies you can edit.
The app is a decision-support tool. It does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice, and it does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Subscriptions
Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID. The price and billing period are the ones shown on the paywall at the time you subscribe.
Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
If an introductory free period is offered, its length and the price that follows are shown before you subscribe. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the free period ends, the subscription starts and is charged at that price.
You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app, or deleting the Dilucera account in Settings, does not cancel the Apple subscription.
The sample review in the app is a fixed example and does not analyze your documents. Pro includes up to 150 completed analyses in each monthly allowance period. The period is measured from the subscription start date, including for an annual subscription. Unused analyses do not roll over. An annual subscription includes at most 1,800 completed analyses in that subscription year. A completed analysis counts once. A request that never reaches the analysis provider does not count. An unusable or uncertain provider result is not added to the monthly allowance, and its spend hold remains until it is reconciled. Changing plan does not start a new allowance period. The allowance is enforced on Dilucera’s servers. The price remains the one shown by the app store.
Your content
You are responsible for having the right to upload the contracts, proposals, and messages you submit. Do not submit content you are not allowed to share with a service provider.
Acceptable use
Do not use Dilucera to break the law, misuse someone else’s confidential information, or interfere with the service. We may refuse analysis requests that abuse the service.
